Senior Spirit is a program sponsored by the City of Cullman Parks and Recreation Department that focuses on providing recreational, social and leisure opportunities for individuals 50 & over. There
is no membership fees and programs are offered at Ingle Park in the Donald E. Green Senior Center |
Return to the past by joining others around the quilting frame for an old fashion quilting bee.

Join in on this walking and stretching class that will help
boost your energy.

Come together with other seniors to sing old time gospel hymns. This group is available to sing at Revivals, Special Events, Assisted Living facilities and Nursing Homes throughout the Community.

An exercise room with several types of equipment is available for seniors to use provided they have a release form filled out and signed by their physician.

Tap your toes and clap your hands to the
antics of the hillbilly band as they play
along with Bluegrass and other music with a
rub board, bass tub, tea kettle, bunt pan,
spoons and other interesting items.
Available for the Nursing Homes, Assisted
Living Facilities and Festivals.

3 Dimensional Art is the art of hand crafting several identical prints. Achieving realism in a picture cut from several prints, shaped and glued in levels to create dimensions, dropping a background in each level.

An advance deposit of $75 is required to
