Eva Bank Midnight Run 5k
Entry Fees The entry fee is $15 per person by August 12, 2009 and $20 on August 13-14, 2009. T-shirts will be given to the first 400 registered runners. Pre-Registration Pre-registration will be accepted through August 12, 2009. Fees must be received with entry forms. NO FAX ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Runners may pre-register by: Fill out a Registration Form, which can be picked up at the 3 EvaBank locations in Cullman County, at the Cullman Civic Center, downloaded from the link above, or you may call 256-734-9157 to have one mailed or faxed to you. Then mail the form and the entry fee to:

Late Registration will be accepted ONLY at the Cullman Civic Center on August 13-14, 2009, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Late Registration Fee is $20. No fax or phone entries will be accepted.
Race-Day Registration/Check-In/Goody Bags Race-Day Registration will be held on August 14th from 10:00 p.m. until 11:45 p.m. at the Cullman Civic Center. Race-Day Registration Fee is $20. Runners must check-in on race day from 10:00 p.m.-11:45 p.m. in the Civic Center. You may be asked to show picture ID, so please have it available. Goody Bags will be given to runners at Check-In.
