OUR MISSION The City of Cullman's Parks and Recreation Department is committed to the provision of well-designed parks and recreation areas for the present and future needs of the citizens of Cullman. It is our goal to continually assess the leisure pursuits of our patrons and to develop recreational programs to meet their needs.

A challenging outdoor activity that is great for birthday parties, youth group outings, family get-togethers & activity dates. Professional Guide & Instructor John W. Senior Spirit in Montgomery for more information on Senior Spirit call 734-4803 Cullman Wednesday Night Dance The Cullman Wednesday Night Dance will not have a dance the week of Thanksgiving but will return on December 3rd with new entertainment. Effective December 3rd Captain Joe King and Genelle Jackson will be entertaining with a wide variety of country, oldies, old rock and roll, and bluegrass. Admission is $4 person with light refreshments, so join us to dance the night away at the Donald E. Green Senior Center from 7 – 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights. For more information 734-4803.
Tae Kwon Do/Karate Classes: Learn: Super-Effective Kicks and Punching Techniques, Karate Forms and Patterns. TAE KWON DO is a Korean Martial Art that means, “The Way of Hand and Foot”. This Martial Art teaches Flexibility, Self-Control and focus, respect, and self defense. Great for families, both children and adults! Helps with increasing muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, and is great exercise. Black Belt Instructor, Jim Turner, has over 20 years experience with this Martial Art. 4 week class, $65 are each Tuesday and Thursday. Call the Civic Center for more details.
