Cullman Oktoberfest

October 2-4, 2025

Senior Day October 2 (10 AM -1 PM)

As a German town, Oktoberfest gives our city the chance to celebrate our deep German heritage. At Oktoberfest, you can have a pint of locally brewed beer, have a traditional German brat, and enjoy both modern and German music throughout the festival. Oktoberfest is a great place for the family, even the furry four-legged family members are always welcome, as we have special activities for them as well! Be sure to grab a picture with our beloved Hay People before you leave!

Cullman Christkindlmarkt

Nov 20 - Dec 23
Thur-Sun until Dec 15, then 7 days a week

The Christkindlmarkt is a traditional German Christmas market. During the market, you can grab a mug of authentic Glühwein mulled wine or some hot chocolate and find that perfect Christmas gift from our local craft and retail vendors. You can also enjoy entertainment from our Civic Ballet company, local bands, and local theatre groups.
